Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, energetic Media Content Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will lead our digital narrative by creating engaging written copy, designing graphics, and producing video content. As the face and voice of our brand when needed, you must be comfortable appearing on-camera and handling end-to-end video production using mobile editing tools. This entry-level position is perfect for a multi-talented fresher who loves storytelling across all formats.

Key Responsibilities

• •Video Production: Script, shoot, and act in engaging short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) as a camera-facing presenter when required.
• •Video Editing: Edit raw video footage using tools like CapCut, InShot, or Premiere Pro, adding trending audio, captions, and transitions.
• •Static Designing: Create eye-catching thumbnails, banners, and social media graphics using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite .
• •Copywriting: Write clear, catchy copy for blogs, caption text, email newsletters, and website pages.
• •Social Media Management: Maintain and schedule content calendars across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• •Performance Tracking: Monitor views, engagement, and click-through rates, and compile monthly performance reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• •Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field (open to any graduate with a strong portfolio).
• •On-Camera Presence: High energy, confident speaking skills, and a natural, professional presence in front of the camera.
• •Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic mobile/desktop video editing tools (like CapCut or similar tools) and graphic design platforms (Canva or similar tools).
• •Writing & Communication: Flawless English grammar with the ability to write engaging hooks and captions.
