Medical Assistant (Scheduling & Member Outreach)

The position combines healthcare knowledge, patient engagement, appointment coordination, and accurate documentation. You’ll work closely with provider offices and internal teams to secure appointment availability and support care gap closure. Strong communication and organization are essential in this call-center environment, where quality, productivity, and compliance are closely monitored.
