We are an aggressive and talented team of trial attorneys who are dedicated to getting the best results for our clients.

We are seeking a Medical Malpractice attorney to join our team in Pennsylvania. This position can be hybrid/remote based on experience.

Responsibilities

• •Manage and oversee a comprehensive caseload of medical malpractice claims from the initial assessment to the final resolution.
• •Consult with experts in the field to thoroughly assess the standard of care and determine whether a breach has occurred.
• •Identify, research, and analyze complex legal issues and conflicting legal opinions.
• •Regularly communicate with clients, insurance company contacts, and opposing counsel in a way that facilitates case progression and addresses concerns.
• •Efficiently prioritize a range of assignments and competing deadlines.
• •Take and defend depositions, represent clients in arbitration proceedings, and argue motions to secure favorable rulings.
• •Attend in-person and virtual court appearances.
• •Collaborate with fellow attorneys, staff members, and partners on legal projects to foster professional development.

Requirements

• •3+ years of medical malpractice defense experience.
• •Experience handling depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and other complex assignments.
• •Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
• •The ability to manage a large caseload and the day-to-day tasks involved within the cases.
• •A strong desire to learn and grow in their legal profession.
• •Experience billing for your time.

Pay: From $110k/yr
