Position Purpose:

• •Medical Practice Representative serves as a primary contact/link between office and all outside parties. Performs duties such as scheduling appointments, entering patient demographics into system, filing and maintaining patient medical records
• •Specialty: Colon and Rectal
• •Location: 5775 Perimeter Dr #100, Dublin, OH 43017
• •Hours of office: Monday-Friday: 7:30am - 4:00pm

What You Will Do:

• •Welcome patients
• •Register patients
• •Gather insurance, check demographics
• •Soft collections
• •Answering incoming calls
• •EPIC

Minimum Qualifications:

• •Education: High school graduate or equivalent
• •Experience: One to two years of medical office experience preferred
• •Experience answering multiline telephone system preferred
• •Basic computer skills required
