- This role provides nationwide oversight of healthcare quality, compliance, performance improvement, and clinical auditing programs across detention healthcare operations.
- You will help establish and maintain quality systems that promote patient safety, regulatory compliance, and consistent standards of care.
- The position combines healthcare quality expertise, data analysis, auditing, accreditation readiness, and corrective action management.
- You will work closely with corporate and facility leadership, healthcare teams, and government stakeholders across geographically dispersed programs.
