JOB DESCRIPTION

As a member of the PHC Sales and Detailing team, you will play a vital role in executing sales strategies, understanding customer needs, and delivering detailed product information. Your role will be instrumental in driving sales growth and maintaining strong customer relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• •Execute sales strategies in alignment with team objectives.
• •Understand customer needs and provide detailed product information.
• •Maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth.
• •Collaborate effectively within the team to maximize job impact and personal learning.
• •Ensure compliance with relevant internal and external stewardship requirements.

Job Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

• •At least 2-3 relevant experiences as medical representative or similar role
• •Minimum graduate degree, preferred pharmacy, biology or other health related educational background
• •Able to drive and has motorcycle license (Sim C) in Indonesia
• •Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• •Strong communication skills and the ability to influence others.
• •Aptitude for learning new systems and processes quickly.
• •Commitment to acting in compliance with legal and internal stewardship requirements.
• •Open for mobility across Indonesia ( Jakarta, Semarang, Bandung and Surabaya) and potentially across Indonesia.
