What You’ll Do:

Be the first point of contact for members visiting the branch.

Process deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, and other daily transactions.

Help members understand products and services that can support their financial goals.

Deliver a friendly, accurate, and efficient member experience.

What You Have:

Required Education and Experience

High School Diploma

Customer service experience is considered an asset; we welcome applicants from retail, hospitality, administrative, and other service-focused backgrounds.

Skills and Abilities

Experience and eagerness to provide superior customer service.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to process information with high levels of accuracy.

Professional manner and poise, and sensitivity in dealing with confidential information and materials.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Intermediate proficiency required in Microsoft Suite and demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.

Salary Range: $45,870 - $50,967.
