Memory Support Care Partner Responsibilities:

• •Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• •Provide emotional support and companionship to residents with memory impairments
• •Observe and report changes in residents' physical and mental health to nursing staff
• •Help residents with mobility and transfers as needed
• •Assist with meal preparation and feeding
• •Participate in social and recreational activities with residents
• •Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents

Required to have:

• •High school diploma or equivalent
• •Previous experience in a caregiving role, preferably with memory support
• •Compassionate and patient demeanor
• •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred to have:

• •CPR certification
• •Experience working as a Med Tech
• •One year experience working in a Healthcare Setting in senior living.
• •Computer Skills
