151397 - MetaSolv Functional Consultant Location: Remote Experience: 6-8 Years Notice Period: Immediate / 1 Week Key Responsibilities Support business users on MetaSolv functional issues Analyze and resolve incidents and service requests Perform impact analysis and functional troubleshooting Support order lifecycle and provisioning processes Participate in requirement clarification and solution validation Coordinate with development teams for defect fixes Prepare functional specifications and knowledge documents Participate in testing and production deployments Support periodic audits and compliance activities Required Skills 6-8 years of experience in Oracle MetaSolv Solution Strong understanding of telecom OSS/BSS processes Experience in Service Order Management, Provisioning, Inventory Management and Customer Service Fulfillment Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience supporting production applications Preferred Skills Telecom domain knowledge Exposure to Oracle OSM, ASAP, UIM, or Siebel SQL querying skills
