At Reed Screening & Compliance, we help organisations hire safely and compliantly through industry-leading screening services. We're looking for an MI Specialist to deliver reporting, forecasting and commercial insights that support business performance and decision-making.

What you'll do

• •Produce MI reports, dashboards and performance analysis.
• •Deliver regular and ad hoc reporting for operational and leadership teams.
• •Create innovative reporting solutions and business insight packs.
• •Support invoicing, budgeting and financial reconciliation.
• •Build pricing models and support new business proposals.
• •Assist with forecasting and resource planning.
• •Work closely with Finance, MI and operational stakeholders.

What we're looking fo r

• •Experience in MI, reporting or data analysis.
• •Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills.
• •Experience creating dashboards and management reports.
• •Commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• •Ability to communicate complex data clearly.
• •Strong organisation, prioritisation and stakeholder management skills.
