  • Summary: As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of bespoke software solutions.   • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain high-quality deliverables.
  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
  • Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
  • Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
  • Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language).
  • Strong knowledge of cloud-based data processing and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to design scalable and efficient data pipelines and architectures.
  • Experience in optimizing performance and ensuring reliability of software solutions.
  • Familiarity with collaborative development tools and version control systems.
  • Additional Information:
  • The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
  • This position is based at our Pune office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
