We at Coforge are hiring for the position of Backend Java Engineer with the following skill set.

Key Responsibilities

• · Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• · Build and optimize cloud-native microservices deployed on AWS ECS.
• · Develop and manage integrations with DynamoDB and other data storage solutions.
• · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and performant software solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• · 4 years of experience in backend software development.
• · Hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• · Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
• · Experience with AWS services, particularly ECS.
• · Hands-on experience with DynamoDB.
• · Knowledge of software design patterns, clean code principles, and best development practices.
• · Experience with SQL and data modeling concepts.
• · Proficiency with Git and version control workflows.
• · Experience working in Agile development environments.
• · Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• · Experience with additional AWS services and cloud-native architectures.
• · Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• · Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker.
• · Familiarity with event-driven architectures and messaging systems.
• · Exposure to performance tuning and application monitoring.
• · Experience with Linux OS.
• · Experience with JIRA.
