At Coforge, we are hiring Mid UX/UI Designer (#22653) with the following skill set.
- Key Responsibilities
- Design user-centered product experiences for complex digital products and platforms.
- Create prototypes and design solutions using Figma, AI prototyping tools, and established design systems.
- Apply UX design methods and frameworks to translate complex requirements into intuitive and high-quality experiences.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams while balancing strategy, execution, and user needs.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Portfolio demonstrating a clear design process and strong user-centered product experience work.
- Proficiency with Figma, AI prototyping tools, and design systems.
- Experience designing complex product experiences, such as B2B products, data-heavy platforms, AI-assisted, personalized, or recommendation-based features.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and established design methodologies.
- Ability to apply design methods and frameworks to deliver high-quality work within timelines.
- Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
- Experience designing native mobile app experiences.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Preferred Skills
- Experience working with AI-powered product experiences.
- Experience designing for data-intensive or enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with usability testing and user research methodologies.
- Experience contributing to or evolving design systems.
