Your project:

Mailkeeper. It is a SaaS solution designed to improve user retention and increase overall product revenue through email marketing, push notifications, and PWA channels.

Mailkeeper team integrates directly into products and provides a full cycle of email processes – from developing email strategies and testing hypotheses to optimizing email logic and managing sender reputation using its own email marketing service.

You will:

Lead a portfolio of external partners: their email metrics and revenue are your numbers, and you decide what to do with them;

Find growth points in the data yourself, form hypotheses, run A/B tests and experiments, and bring the ones that work to production;

Decide what each partner needs next: which campaigns, segments, or integrations to push, and drive those decisions with partners and our internal team;

Catch problems before partners do: track sending volumes, deliverability, and revenue, and act on anomalies the same day.

Ship technical changes end to end: from a partner's request to a specced task, a release, and a verified result;

Build the direction's processes and documentation so that onboarding a new partner is repeatable, not heroic.

We'll have a match if you:

1+ year in a commercial B2C product company as PM / PO / Growth / CRM / Retention manager, with a metric you personally owned and can show as "from A to B"

Proactivity: you generate your own hypotheses and push things forward without waiting to be asked;

Analytical mindset: you form the question yourself, go to the data, and build decisions on numbers;

Strong communication skills: you can run partner communication independently and drive discussions to decisions;

AI: you have built something repeatable with AI (an agent, automation, or pipeline), not just used chat tools;

Basic technical literacy: you understand what an API is and can speak the same language as developers;

English: Upper Intermediate.

Will be an advantage:

Experience with email marketing / retention channels.

Understanding of email deliverability (SPF/DKIM/DMARC, sender reputation).

Experience with Jira and sprint-based development processes.
