We are looking for Senior Backend Engineers (Java/Kotlin/Spring).

Your daily task:

Develop Java (Kotlin) Backend part of various NAVER Services like Academic Info, Blog, Commerce, Dictionary, Naver Care, NAVER Cloud, Security, Weverse etc.

Participating in code reviews and architecture design

Proactive, can-do attitude and strong commitment

Your background:

4+ years of work experience on Backend systems with Java(Kotlin) applications to serve large-scale and high traffic projects

Have +3 years of experience in Java(Kotlin, Spring Framework)

Experience or strong knowledge of MSA and k8s

Experience or strong knowledge one of databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB,...

Experience in Message Queue like Kafka

Understanding & experience in Data structure, Algorithm, Distributed Service, OOP

Open-minded, honest and have a positive attitude towards people

Good at communication skills in general and English skills in particular

Need ability of managing job-schedule and leading members

It's a big plus if you:

Have experience in DevOps and CI/CD

Experience in a leadership role will be a big plus

Have experience with distributed systems (e.g. HBase, Vitese, etc.)

Have experience in Server Architecture Design for handling massive traffic

Proficiency in the Korean language is preferred
