Middle/Senior Unity Developer R&D

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Middle/Senior Unity Developer R&D based in Netherlands.

• As a Middle/Senior Unity Developer R&D, you’ll help evolve a live mobile game by building new gameplay systems, LiveOps features, and scalable technical solutions.
• You’ll work across the full development lifecycle, from implementing new mechanics to improving architecture, performance, stability, and maintainability.
• A strong focus of the role is on modern AI-assisted development, with opportunities to integrate AI agents into real production workflows and automate recurring engineering tasks.
• You’ll investigate real-world production issues using telemetry and profiling data, ensuring a smooth experience across a wide range of mobile devices.
• The role also offers significant technical ownership, including participation in architectural decisions, code reviews, optimization initiatives, and development practices.
• You’ll collaborate closely with other technical and product-focused team members while contributing ideas that can improve both engineering efficiency and the game itself.
