What You'll Be Doing

• •Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on plant equipment and machinery
• •Troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency
• •Operate tools and equipment safely and effectively in a production environment
• •Collaborate with team members to support continuous improvement initiatives
• •Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow safety protocols

What We Are Looking For

• •Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• •Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• •Familiarity with industrial tools, equipment, and safety procedures
• •Strong communication and teamwork capabilities
• •Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed

Conditions of Employment

• •Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• •Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
• •Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply. Verification of age will be required as a condition of employment.

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
