MIS and Power BI Developer

• •Generate reports and showcase them through dashboards, as an individual contributor
• •Manage MIS and Power BI reports across F&A process such as Order Management, O2C, P2P, R2R and FP&A
• •Ability to process reports from the CRM and showcase results
• •Highlight performance gaps and create dashboards that will enable decision making and process changes in Operations
• •MIS reporting by using Advance Excel, Power BI & VBA (Macro) at Operational
• •Create and share daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports of the SLAs, KPIs and Operational Processes on time as per client requirements
• •Deliver end products maintaining quick turnaround times and highest quality standards
• •Implement practices and processes to improve operational efficiencies in generating & maintaining day to day MIS Data and updating the management

• •3-5 years of experience with a strong educational background
• •Proficiency in different Reporting tools. Preference to
• •MS Excel
• •MS PowerPoint
• •MS Power BI (Good to have)

Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication (verbal and written) skills to work cooperatively and constructively in a multi-cultural team environment
