Job Description:

As an MIS Executive , you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining reports in Excel and supporting image annotation activities for our AI projects. This is an execution-focused role requiring good Excel skills, computer proficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Maintain and update data in Microsoft Excel.
• •Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• •Create and maintain Excel trackers and reports for different teams.
• •Consolidate data received from multiple sources into standard formats.
• •Check data for errors, missing entries, and incorrect information.
• •Use annotation software to label and mark objects in images.
• •Annotate images according to guidelines provided by the AI/Technology team.
• •Review completed annotations for accuracy and correct errors where required.
• •Maintain records of completed and pending annotation work.
• •Complete assigned reporting and annotation tasks within defined timelines.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• •Graduate in any discipline.
• •1–3 years of experience in MIS, reporting, data entry, back-office operations, or a similar role.
• •Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• •Comfortable with formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, filters, sorting, and data formatting.
• •Good computer and software handling skills.
• •High attention to detail and accuracy.
• •Comfortable working on repetitive data and image-based tasks.
• •Ability to follow instructions and defined processes consistently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• •Previous experience preparing MIS reports or maintaining Excel trackers.
• •Experience with image annotation or data-labeling software is an advantage but not mandatory.
• •Candidates with experience in operations, manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or back-office environments will be preferred.
