Mission Systems Technician

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Mission Systems Technician based in Spain.

• This is a hands-on technical role supporting the installation, configuration, maintenance, and lifecycle sustainment of airborne ISR mission systems.
• You will work with advanced sensors, tactical radios, mission computers, radar, data links, video networks, and SIGINT equipment.
• The role combines field-level troubleshooting, system administration, RF diagnostics, network configuration, and mission system validation.
• You will play a direct role in maintaining operational readiness and ensuring complex systems perform reliably in demanding environments.
• Working closely with engineering, sustainment, and operational stakeholders, you will help integrate new hardware and software capabilities.
• The position offers significant technical ownership, requiring independent problem-solving and the ability to operate effectively in hangar, flightline, and deployed environments.
• Global travel of up to 50% provides exposure to diverse operational settings and mission-critical aviation programs.
