Zur Unterstützung unseres Vertriebs an unserem Standort in Wildau suchen wir zum baldmöglichsten Zeitpunkt einen flexiblen und teamorientierten Mitarbeiter im Vertriebsinnendienst(m/w/d).

WAS SIE BEI UNS ERWARTET:

  • Betreuung unseres bestehenden Kundenstamms in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Außendienst
  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Angeboten, Aufträgen und Kontrakten
  • Eigenständige Kalkulation im Rahmen der betrieblichen Vorgaben
  • Proaktive und professionelle Kundenkommunikation
  • Abbildung und Pflege sämtlicher vertriebsrelevanter Vorgänge im SAP- und CRM-System

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, idealerweise Kenntnisse in SAP und einem CRM-System
  • Hohe Service- und Vertriebsorientierung sowie gutes Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise
