Ihre Aufgaben:

Allgemeine Büroorganisation und Bearbeitung des Schriftverkehrs
Telefonische und schriftliche Kommunikation mit Kunden, Geschäftspartnern und Lieferanten
Bearbeitung und Verwaltung von Aufträgen und Geschäftsvorgängen
Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Angeboten, Rechnungen und sonstigen Unterlagen
Pflege von Kunden- und Stammdaten
Terminplanung und Koordination von Besprechungen
Ablage und digitale Dokumentenverwaltung

Ihr Profil:

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z. B. als Kaufmann/Kauffrau für Büromanagement o.ä
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Organisationstalent und eine sorgfältige, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
Freundliches und kommunikatives Auftreten
