Mockup Design Team Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Mockup Design Team Manager based in Switzerland.

• Lead a growing 3D design operation responsible for creating high-quality visual assets that support e-commerce performance and merchant success.
• You’ll manage three Design Team Leads and a wider team of thirteen 3D designers, combining people leadership with operational strategy.
• Your focus will be on turning the design production engine into a more efficient, scalable, and technology-enabled function.
• You’ll identify bottlenecks, simplify workflows, and introduce practical automation and AI tools that reduce repetitive work.
• The role connects creative production with data, customer behavior, capacity planning, and broader platform growth objectives.
• You’ll have significant influence over how the team works, prioritizes resources, and delivers visual assets that support conversion and reduce reprints.
