• 1.Receive the form for which templates are required from the supervisor
• 2.Place molds in the cell according to work requirements and procedures.
• 3.Review the mold before starting work to repair any defects in it and ensure the validity of the mold before use (no scratches or breakage).
• 4.Preparing and setting up the mold for operation.
• 5.Preparing gypsum in the gypsum mixing area according to the required specifications.
• 6.Remove the product (template) from the template, remove the sim (frills) from the templates, and review them.
• 7.Assemble the mold parts and place them on the wooden pallet prepared for this purpose.
• 8.Prepare the mold parts for insertion into the dryer and deliver them to the supervisor.
• 9.Any other work assigned to him.
