Responsibilities:

Creation of performance creatives for various advertising platforms.

Participation in creative brainstorming sessions and competitor analysis.

Requirements:

Work experience in a similar position of 1+ year is required (for junior candidates, applications without IT experience may be considered, provided they have design experience in other fields).

Understanding of the basic principles of animation, video editing, composition and color theory.

Knowledge of AI tools (such as Kling, Nanobanana, Seedance, and others).

Proficient in Adobe After Effects.

Would be a plus:

Experience creating performance marketing creatives
