Description:

Position Purpose:

MRI Technologist, PRN - in the Radiology Department at St Mary's Hospital.

What you will do:

• •Under the direction of the technical supervisor/team leader, the imaging assistant is responsible for direct patient care activities and clerical duties as assigned by MRI.
• •direct patient flow through the department,
• •greet and escort/transport patients within the imaging department and back to the patient room or Emergency Department.

What you will need:

• •Licensure/Certification/Registration : registered or registry eligible with ARRT (MR)
• •Must have current BLS thru American Heart Association.
• •Education: Graduate of formal Radiographic technology training in an AMA-Approved school.
• •Experience: One year experience in hospital environment preferred and to demonstrate Radiological technology competence
