MT- Control Tower Executive

• •Check pending and undelivered consignments from the previous day.
• •Prepare and circulate the daily pending report by 10:00 AM.
• •Review SLA deviations and follow up with the concerned hubs.
• •Check pending POD status and identify old/urgent PODs for follow-up.
• •Review emails and attend to client queries and escalations.
• •Coordinate with hubs regarding delivery issues, holds, shortages, damages, address issues and other exceptions.
• •Handle client calls, queries and escalations related to consignments.
• •Verify received PODs and follow up for missing or incorrect PODs.
• •Coordinate re-attempts, return consignments, cancellations and special delivery instructions.
• •Prepare and update daily MIS reports.
• •Coordinate return pickup requirements after receiving necessary client confirmation.
• •Escalate major delays to the concerned teams for immediate action.
• •Follow up on consignments committed for same-day delivery.
• •Ensure client queries and escalations are closed or updated within the required timeline.
• •Monitor team activities and follow up on pending tasks.
• •Follow up with hubs for final delivery confirmations.
• •Check POD updates received during the day and update the required records.
• •Ensure critical pending issues are properly followed up or handed over for further action.
