As a MuleSoft Integration Senior Manager you will lead integration work that supports software and product innovation, bringing together technical design, delivery, and client service within our Technology Consulting practice. As a Senior Manager you will guide large efforts, shape delivery approach, and use sound judgment to navigate complexity while coaching teams and communicating clear, practical direction to stakeholders. In this role at PwC, you will draw on your background in software engineering to design, code, and test integration solutions that support digital transformation and improve business performance.
Responsibilities
- - Leading MuleSoft integration programs from strategy through delivery across complex client environments
- - Advising stakeholders on integration architecture, API management, and application connectivity approaches
- - Guiding solution design for enterprise application integration, microservices, and reusable service patterns
- - Overseeing teams through planning, development, testing, and deployment of integration solutions
- - Applying software engineering methods to build secure, scalable, and maintainable integration assets
- - Reviewing technical designs, code quality, and troubleshooting plans to address performance and stability issues
- - Coordinating requirements analysis and translating business needs into functional and technical specifications
- - Driving CI/CD adoption, release planning, and lifecycle management for integration components
- - Coaching team members on MuleSoft development, code review practices, and technical problem solving
- - Validating delivery outcomes with clients and adapting plans based on feedback and project priorities
What You Must Have
- - At least a Bachelor's degree
- - At least 12 years of experience
- - Oral and written proficiency in English required
