AMLI Residential is looking for a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to join our Atlanta team, supporting three luxury communities totaling 911 apartment homes. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys a high-energy sales environment and wants exposure to multiple communities, diverse prospects, and increased leasing opportunities.

By working across AMLI 3464, AMLI Buckhead, and AMLI Flatiron, you'll have access to a larger inventory of apartment homes, more traffic, and greater opportunities to convert prospects into residents. Instead of being limited to a single property, you'll help prospective residents find the AMLI community that best fits their lifestyle while maximizing your leasing potential.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant, you'll serve as a brand ambassador for AMLI and play a key role in driving occupancy and revenue across three premier Atlanta communities.

Responsibilities include:

• •Conducting personalized tours and showcasing luxury apartment homes and community amenities
• •Building relationships with prospects and identifying their housing needs
• •Following up on leads through phone, email, text, and online inquiries
• •Converting traffic into leases while achieving leasing goals
• •Preparing lease agreements and processing applications
• •Assisting with resident renewals and retention efforts
• •Participating in marketing and outreach initiatives
• •Creating exceptional move-in experiences for new residents
• •Supporting resident events and community engagement programs
• •Maintaining expert knowledge of pricing, availability, floor plans, and neighborhood attractions across all three communities

What We're Looking For

• •High School Diploma or GED required
• •Saturday availability required
• •Strong sales and customer service skills
• •Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• •Professional presentation and relationship-building skills
• •Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• •Positive, goal-oriented mindset
• •Strong follow-up and closing skills

Preferred Qualifications

• •Apartment leasing experience
• •Retail sales experience, Hospitality, or hotel experience
• •Experience working in a commission-driven environment
• •Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
