As a MX AI Builder - Senior Associate you will design and develop data solutions that turn raw data into actionable insights and support client decision-making, within our Data and Analytics Engineering practice. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems, manage assigned workstreams, build client relationships, and guide junior team members while using critical thinking to navigate ambiguity and deliver dependable work. In this role at PwC, you will focus on data infrastructure, pipelines, integration, and transformation solutions, while growing your technical skills and contributing to work that supports business growth.

Responsibilities

  • - Developing data pipelines and transformation workflows for client-facing data engineering solutions
  • - Designing data infrastructure that supports efficient processing, integration, and analysis of data
  • - Building and maintaining data models, warehouses, and lake structures for reporting and analytics use cases
  • - Applying Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Snowflake, and Airflow to automate and orchestrate data movement
  • - Validating data quality, completeness, and consistency across source systems and downstream outputs
  • - Interpreting client requirements and translating them into technical data engineering deliverables
  • - Reviewing assigned workstreams and guiding junior team members on technical tasks and deliverables
  • - Troubleshooting data pipeline issues, query performance, and database optimization opportunities
  • - Collaborating with client teams to support data architecture decisions and implementation planning
  • - Using analytical thinking to resolve complex data challenges and communicate practical recommendations

What You Must Have

  • - At least a Bachelor's degree
  • - At least 3 years of experience
  • - Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

  • - Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain
  • - Demonstrating coursework or project experience in data engineering or AI solutions
  • - Utilizing cloud platforms, data pipelines, or data modeling tools in academic settings
  • - Interpreting data to develop insights and recommendations for teams or clients
  • - Applying critical thinking to break down complex technical concepts
  • - Responding to diverse perspectives while navigating ambiguity and change
