Job responsibilities:
Create, update and track CFOs(Customer Feature Objective) efficiently.
Conduct thorough analysis to ensure all the CFOs align with project objectives and standards
Work with cross functional teams to develop and follow best practices to align on a global strategy for new features
Support platform new feature development
Support program specific new feature development
Conducting competitive benchmarking & voice of customer clinics to support the development process
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science: Electrical, Mechanical, Software, or Systems Engineering or an equivalent from an ABET accredited university
3 to 5 years of automotive experience
Good communication skills, both verbal and written and ability to communicate technical content to a non-technical audience
Good project coordination skills
Automotive Systems Background
Knowledge of ISO 26262
Ability to interpret various regulatory requirements and Industry Best practices
Knowledge of INCOSE requirements decomposition
Preferred Qualifications:
Master of Science in Electrical, Mechanical, or Software Engineering or equivalent from an ABET accredited university
Knowledge of IBM doors, or similar ALM/PLM management tools
Systems Engineering experience
Experience with system network topology diagrams
Able to Understand Problem from all aspects (Software, Hardware, Field)
Knowledge of a functional domain (i.e. Body, Chassis, Electrical, Interi
