NetSuite Developer / Consultant

We are looking for an experienced NetSuite Developer / Consultant with 5–10 years of hands-on experience in NetSuite development, customization, integrations, and technical solution delivery. The candidate should have strong expertise in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, workflows, NetSuite configurations, integrations, and business process understanding .

The role involves working closely with business, technical, and QA teams to design scalable solutions, manage technical risks, and ensure high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, customize, and maintain NetSuite solutions based on business requirements.

Provide technical leadership and recommend optimal solution approaches.

Develop and enhance solutions using SuiteScript 1.0 and 2.x, SuiteFlow, Workflows, Custom Fields, Saved Searches, Forms, Roles/Permissions, Reports, and Dashboards .

Design and support integrations using SOAP/WSDL Web Services, XML/XSL , and third-party platforms.

Work with integration platforms such as Dell Boomi or Celigo .

Utilize SuiteConnect, SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF), and SuiteCommerce Advanced (SCA) where applicable.

Understand and support business processes across Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Manufacturing (MFG), and Record-to-Report (R2R) .

Identify technical risks, dependencies, and potential implementation challenges.

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development and quality standards.

Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.

Collaborate with business analysts, functional teams, QA, and other technical teams to understand requirements and define appropriate testing strategies.

Manage version control and environment management using established development practices.

Troubleshoot production issues and provide root-cause analysis and resolution.

Ensure successful deployment and delivery of NetSuite solutions.

Mandatory Skills

5–10 years of relevant experience in NetSuite Development / Consulting .

Strong hands-on experience with:

SuiteScript 1.0 & 2.x

SuiteFlow & Workflows

Custom Fields

Saved Searches

Forms

Roles & Permissions

Reports & Dashboards

Strong JavaScript knowledge.

Experience with SOAP/WSDL Web Services, XML/XSL .

Good understanding of Relational Databases, PL/SQL, and Oracle Stored Procedures .

Strong understanding of O2C, P2P, MFG, and R2R business processes.

Experience with software development lifecycle, code reviews, version control, and QA practices.

Comfortable working in the 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST shift .
