Introduction

As a Network Operations Analyst I, you will join our Global Network Operations team and help maintain the reliable, secure, and resilient network services that support our offices, distribution centers, data centers, showrooms, and retail stores worldwide. You will provide daily operational support while developing your technical, automation, and AI-enabled operations capabilities in a collaborative, follow-the-sun environment.

About the Job

• •Monitor global network services, respond to alerts, and perform initial troubleshooting for incidents affecting corporate, distribution center, cloud, showroom, and retail environments.
• •Maintain clear ownership of assigned incidents by documenting troubleshooting, providing timely updates, escalating appropriately, and following issues through resolution.
• •Support the installation, validation, maintenance, and lifecycle tracking of network infrastructure, including switches, wireless access points, SD-WAN appliances, and firewalls.
• •Create and maintain accurate operational documentation, including support procedures, incident records, network changes, asset information, and knowledge articles.
• •Use monitoring data, automation, and AI-enabled tools responsibly to improve incident triage, simplify recurring work, and strengthen operational consistency.

About You

• •You have at least 2 years of experience in network operations, infrastructure support, network support, or a comparable technical role.
• •You understand core networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching, wireless networking, and VPN technologies.
• •You have experience monitoring alerts, performing first-level network troubleshooting, maintaining accurate incident records, and escalating issues when additional expertise is required.
• •You can support network infrastructure in a structured operational environment and work effectively with business teams, technical partners, and service providers across regions and time zones.
• •You are comfortable using modern monitoring, automation, and AI-enabled tools responsibly and are motivated to expand your skills in network operations and automation.
