OSC EdgeTech, LLC is seeking a talented Network Operations & System Integration Analyst to join the team.

Cook Inlet Region, Inc., also known as CIRI, is one of 12 land-based Alaska Native regional corporations created pursuant to the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act (ANCSA). Position Overview

The Network Operations & Systems Integration Analyst supports a U.S. Government customer by monitoring critical IT infrastructure, responding to service disruptions, and performing integration and system testing activities. This role ensures the availability, performance, and interoperability of enterprise systems through operational monitoring, incident response, troubleshooting, and validation testing.

Major Activities

Monitor and support enterprise infrastructure and services, including networks, servers, databases, storage, applications, and websites.

Manage service outages and degradations through incident detection, ticket management, escalation, communication, and recovery coordination.

Plan and execute Authorized Service Interruptions (ASI) while minimizing operational impact.

Investigate incidents, analyze test results, perform root cause analysis, and validate corrective actions.

Design, execute, and document integration, end-to-end, regression, and automated testing activities.

Validate system functionality, data flows, APIs, and system-to-system interoperability.

Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve monitoring tools, dashboards, and automated testing capabilities.

Track and document defects, testing results, operational events, procedures, and recovery actions.

Collaborate with developers, engineers, product owners, and support teams to resolve issues and ensure operational readiness.

Participate in Agile activities and support continuous process improvement initiatives.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Knowledge of IT operations, service monitoring, incident management, and systems integration testing principles and practices.

Understanding of infrastructure, networking, system architecture, and system-to-system interactions.

Experience troubleshooting technical issues, analyzing logs, identifying root causes, and validating resolutions.

Familiarity with automated testing concepts and scripting/programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, .NET, or Node.js.

Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.

Strong ability to produce clear technical documentation and follow established change management and configuration management procedures.

Ability to support tasks and issues through completion with strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and judgment skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a mission-focused technical team supporting critical systems and services.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with teammates, leadership, customers, stakeholders, and external partners.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing, editing, documentation, and presentation capabilities.

Superior organizational, follow-up, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as industry-standard collaboration and ticketing tools.

Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.

Strong customer service orientation and commitment to maintaining secure, reliable, and high-performing systems in a fast-paced operational environment.

Physical Abilities

Sufficient fine motor skills for the use of computers, calculators with an ability to withstand repetitive keyboarding for extended periods of time.

Ability to work in confined rack spaces.

Visual and communications ability are adequate to perform the essential functions of the job.

Ability to kneel, bend and twist at the waist on an occasional basis.

Ability to reach below shoulder height with regular frequency (desk position) and at or above shoulder height on occasion.

Ability to push, pull, carry and lift objects weighing up to 10 pounds on a regular basis, and greater weights on an occasional basis.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Three (3) or more years of experience in Network Operations, Systems Integration Testing, IT Operations, or a related technical field.

Experience monitoring systems, troubleshooting issues, and supporting operational processes.

Experience performing integration, system, or end-to-end testing.

Experience working within Agile environments and utilizing tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.

Must possess a valid CompTIA Security+ certification.

Active Secret Security Clearance.

Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check.

Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Preferred Qualifications

Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience supporting Network Operations Center (NOC) environments.

Experience with enterprise monitoring tools and automated testing frameworks.

Experience supporting government or mission-critical environments.

CCNP certification.

Active Secret Clearance or higher.
