We’re looking for an experienced Network Planner (f/m/d) to join our team in Saalfeld.

Want to play a key role in keeping products moving through a complex global supply network?

You’ll take ownership of planning across finished goods, materials and distribution, working closely with manufacturing, supply chain teams and external suppliers to

balance customer demand, inventory and production capacity.

This is a role for someone who enjoys solving problems, spotting risks early and turning data into practical decisions.

What you’ll be doing

• •Own end-to-end supply planning across finished goods, materials and distribution.
• •Build and maintain production and supply plans that balance customer demand, inventory and available capacity.
• •Monitor supply, demand and inventory risks and act early to protect service levels.
• •Work closely with manufacturing and planning teams to resolve constraints and keep plans on track.
• •Partner with suppliers and third-party manufacturers to support reliable product availability.
• •Review planning performance, identify gaps and recommend practical solutions.
• •Support S&OP discussions by providing clear insight into supply risks, opportunities and priorities.
• •Help improve planning processes, tools and ways of working across the network.

What you’ll bring

• •Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or a related discipline
• •Around 5+ years’ experience in supply chain, logistics, production planning or a related field.
• •Strong experience in MPS, MRP and/or DRP planning.
• •Good understanding of end-to-end supply chain and inventory management.
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• •Confidence working across different teams and influencing stakeholders.
• •The ability to communicate complex supply issues clearly and practically.
• •A proactive mindset: comfortable challenging existing ways of working and identifying improvements.
• •APICS/CPIM/CSCP certification would be an advantage, but equivalent practical experience is equally valuable.
