Your Responsibilities:

Provide direct 1:1 intervention with children with autism

Implement behavior support strategies and treatment programs as designed

Respond to challenging situations with professionalism and composure

Adapt to evolving systems, schedules, and clinical software

Provide services in a variety of settings, including homes, schools, and clinics

Ideal Candidate:

Compassionate and dedicated to supporting children and their families

Able to remain positive and effective when facing challenges

Eager to develop new skills and grow professionally

Ability to implement and adapt treatment plans

Previous ABA experience is welcome but not mandatory

Educational background in psychology, education, or a related discipline is advantageous

Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
