Your Role

We are seeking a talented and driven New Product Development Manager to join our team.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• •Strong understanding of NPD lifecycle / supply chain processes
• •Experience in MDM, PLM, SAP (or equivalent ERP systems)
• •Knowledge of SKU management, BOM creation, and master data governance
• •Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills
• •Ability to manage multiple workstreams and timelines
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (issue tracking, RCA)
• •High attention to detail and data accuracy

Your Profile

• •On-time NPD launches
• •Accuracy of PID and product master data
• •BOM completeness and readiness
• •Artwork approval cycle time
• •Successful execution of product phase-in/phase-out and delisting
• •12 to 14 years of experience require.
