Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.? Vishay Marshall is currently seeking applicants for a Night Operator.

Job Location:

Located in Marshall, MN north of SMSU and located in the industrial park.

What you will be doing:

• •Preparation of wafers, components or semi-products and monitors related hand-stock.
• •Processing components or semi-products/products according to specifications and quality standards.
• •Performing basic machine-related setup and/or CNC / SPS-programming, if required.
• •Cooperating with maintenance technicians and/or external service providers in repair issues.
• •Executes task(s), as ordered or explained.
• •Reports any failure or dysfunctionality to responsible employees or supervisor.
• •Obeys all work rules and EHS regulations as valid for the work task(s) assigned.

What you will bring along:

• •No Education or experience required, but highly beneficial
• •Great hand dexterity
• •Ability to meet Vishay’s attendance policy (2% absenteeism rate or less annually)
• •Ability to use a microscope for 9 hours daily
• •Ability to maintain good relationships with co-workers and supervisors

Pay: $17/hr + 12% differential

Hours: Monday - Thursday 4:30pm-9:30pm
