The North American Pursuit Specialist supports Enterprise Proposal Team's overarching mission of fostering a pursuit center of excellence, supporting strategic pursuits, and maintaining Proposal Central’s key resources for enterprise use. The specialist produces, coordinates, and maintains proposal deliverables; develops consistent proposal messaging for pre- and post-proposal materials; and supports modular content creation as directed by leadership. Pursuit specialists execute proposal production activities, coordinate deliverables, and help ensure compliant, high-quality proposals that differentiate RSM and support new business opportunities.

They will support pursuit material development and quality control activities for assigned complex pursuits, helping ensure materials are accurate, compliant, brand-aligned, and tailored to pursuit objectives. S/he supports training, coaching, and knowledge-sharing efforts for internal stakeholders to reinforce pursuit-related best practices. In addition, s/he contributes to EPT workstream projects and initiatives by coordinating tasks, maintaining resources, supporting content and tool enhancements, and helping advance pursuit advisory, debrief, orals, and digital pursuit experience activities under the direction of more senior team members.

Responsibilities:

Trusted advisor to pursuit teams

Teams channel set-up, kick-off meeting, tracks assigned tasks and supports timeline execution

Implements approved strategy through content and deliverables

Leverages existing content and adapts it to proposal requirements

Coordinates information gathering and follows up on assignments

Produces, formats, edits and assembles compliant proposal documents

Raises issues and provides execution-focused recommendations

Incorporates team research and approved messaging into deliverables

Applies established tools, templates and best practices

Internal service provider and proposal resource

Required Qualifications:

Degree or 2+ years of experience in related field

Some experience with customer relationship management software

Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, ability to learn programs/software utilized by the firm

Ability to prepare presentations including charts, graphics and tables, speaker notes and handouts, etc.

Strong grammar and proofreading skills and experience

Has the ability to respond positively to changing circumstances, seeks and implements change to drive business improvement and serves as a model of the change

Provides relevant and timely performance feedback to others, both positive and constructive

The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $50,500 - $74,000
