Job Description -

Experience: 6–10 Years Domain: Banking / Financial Services / Capital Markets

• Must-Have Skills: Strong Business Analysis experience within Banking / Financial Services.
• Hands-on experience in Nostro Accounts, Nostro Reconciliation, and Risk Reporting Expertise in Requirements Gathering, BRD/FRD, Process Mapping, Gap Analysis, UAT, and Go-Live Support.
• Good understanding of Payments, Banking Operations, and Reconciliation Processes Experience working with Static Data / Reference Data / Master Data Management (MDM)
• Ability to work with Business, Operations, Technology teams, SMEs, and Project Managers
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Preferred Skills: Process automation and operational improvement initiatives
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, SQL (preferred) Agile project delivery experience
