The Pricing Specialist develops, analyzes, and maintains competitive and profitable pricing for products across product portfolio and new customer opportunities. This role works closely with Supply Chain in preparing accurate pricing sheets, evaluating cost and margin drivers, support pricing decisions, and maintain pricing data and governance. The successful candidate combines strong analytical skills, commercial judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate pricing recommendations clearly.

What You Will Do

  • Prepare timely and accurate pricing sheets for customer proposals and support cost analyses.
  • Develop pricing models using material, labor, overhead, logistics, tooling, non-recurring engineering, risk, volume, and target-margin inputs.
  • Review requests for pricing proposals and coordinate with cross-functional teams to validate scope, assumptions, lead times, and commercial requirements.
  • Analyze historical pricing, market conditions, competitive information, customer agreements, and cost trends to recommend appropriate price points.
  • Evaluate price, cost, and margin variances; identify risks and opportunities; and recommend corrective actions.
  • Monitor supplier, commodity, freight, and manufacturing cost changes and assess their impact on product CoGS at regular intervals
  • Improve pricing tools, templates, controls, and standard work to increase speed, accuracy, traceability, and consistency.
  • Work with Supply Chain team to create and maintain product lead times as part of pricing calculations

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Two or more years of experience in pricing, quoting, cost analysis, commercial operations, sales operations, or a related function.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, lookups, pivot tables, data validation, and scenario analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze detailed cost data and translate findings into clear commercial recommendations.
  • High level of accuracy, organization, and follow-through while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
