JOB DESCRIPTION
- 岗位职责：（ 8 小时工作制，法定工时进行排班）
- 1 、参加机构内部的各种培训，在经验丰富的照护师指导下进行各项护理工作的学习与实践；
- 2 、接待、通知和陪伴长者及其家属；
- 3 、生活计划、卫生照护和舒适照护及健康状况观察；
- 4 、在照护老师的指导下，帮助同事完成护理操作和其他工作；
- 5 、通过口述和笔录的方式收集、交接观察记录，并及时汇报信息，以保证照护工作的持续性。
- 能力要求
- 1. 有爱心，有耐心，热爱老年事业。
- 2. 责任心和同理心是这个职位的重要任职条件。
- 3. 具有良好的团队合作精神，工作细心、周到、耐心，具有较强的服务意识。
- 资历及经验要求
- 1. 养老相关专业
