Occupational Therapist – Adult Disability Service

Liquid Personnel is recruiting Occupational Therapist to join our client at Hertfordshire’s Adult Disability Service (West) as a Locum OT, working across Hertsmere and supporting neighbouring areas including Dacorum, St Albans, Three Rivers and Watford. This is a full‑time, office‑based role within a friendly, supportive team that welcomes locums into practice forums and peer groups.

What will your responsibilities be?

Moving & handling + adaptations — essential knowledge for major/minor adaptations

Holistic assessments using appropriate frameworks to deliver cost‑effective support plans

Caseload management with autonomy, prioritisation and strong decision‑making

Multi‑agency collaboration across social care, community teams and local networks

Case planning & review using analysis and technical expertise to shape outcomes

Operational feedback to support continuous service improvement

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have,

HCPC‑registered OT qualification

Knowledge of the Care Act 2014 & Mental Capacity Act 2005

Strong partnership working skills

Full UK driving licence + access to a vehicle
