Occupational Therapist - Adults Services

Liquid Personnel is currently seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to support a busy Adults Services team in Enfield for its client. This role will involve a varied caseload with a strong focus on waiting list management and OT assessments.

What will your responsibilities be?

The postholder will support the team in delivering key Occupational Therapy functions, including contributing to a waiting list improvement project and completing P&A (Provision and Assessment) OT assessments.

You will be working to ensure service users receive timely, strengths-based assessments and appropriate interventions to support independence and wellbeing.

Undertake OT assessments across Adults Services

Support and contribute to the waiting list reduction project

Complete P&A (Provision & Assessment) OT assessments

Deliver strengths-based, person-centred interventions

Manage a varied community caseload

Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team

Support safe discharge and independence outcomes

Ensure accurate and timely case recording

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have,

HCPC registered Occupational Therapist

Experience in Adult Social Care / Community OT

Confident managing assessment-led caseloads

Experience in backlog / waiting list work desirable

Strong communication and prioritisation skills

Able to work independently and within a team
