Occupational Therapist

Liquid Personnel is recruiting for an experienced Occupational Therapist for its client to join a supportive team in Harrow, working across both adults and children’s services.

What will your responsibilities be?

Act as the allocated Occupational Therapist for adults and children with physical disabilities and learning disabilities

Provide preventative interventions to promote independence and reduce long-term care needs

Complete functional assessments and develop tailored care plans

Assess, recommend, and review:

Equipment provision

Minor and major adaptations

Moving and handling solutions

Monitor and review care plans to ensure outcomes are achieved and needs are met

Work collaboratively with families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams

Qualifications & Experience:

HCPC registered Occupational Therapist

Experience with adult and/or paediatric caseloads

Strong knowledge of moving & handling, equipment, and adaptations

Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
