Occupational Therapist

Liquid Personnel is recruiting a full-time Occupational Therapist locum to support a targeted waiting list reduction project in Oxfordshire - paying £36.36 per hour.

• Office Base: Headington, Oxfordshire
• Hybrid Working: Some WFH available
• Hours: 37 per week
• Requirement: Must be able to travel into Oxford City for resident assessments

• The Role
• This is a focused, proactive piece of work designed to directly tackle the OT waiting list across Oxford City.

You will be:

Visiting residents within the Oxford City area

Completing timely assessments

Supporting targeted waiting list reduction

Working efficiently and autonomously

This role would suit an experienced OT who enjoys clear objectives and delivering measurable results.

What We’re Looking For

HCPC-Registered Occupational Therapist

Community experience preferred

Confident working independently

Able to travel into Oxford for face-to-face assessments

Motivated to deliver outcomes within a defined timeframe
