Job Description:

Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Occupational Therapist for a short-term Single Handed Care Project in Reading. This is an opportunity to lead a project focused on smarter, safer care and improved outcomes for service users and carers.

What will your responsibilities be?

Reviewing double-up care packages to identify opportunities for single-handed care

Identifying training needs and supporting staff development

Liaising with care providers and equipment services

Promoting safe, dignified, and efficient care delivery

You’ll work alongside another experienced OT and receive support and supervision from our Lead Moving & Handling OT. We’re flexible on working hours and open to negotiation on the hourly rate - full-time or part-time considered.

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have,

Has strong clinical reasoning and leadership skills

Enjoys collaborative working and driving service improvement
