We're looking for an organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Seoul office. This is a varied, hands-on role supporting office operations, employee experience and local administration while partnering closely with regional teams across APAC.
Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Seoul office, including facilities, office supplies, vendors and building management.
Oversee office access, visitor management and general workplace administration.
Provide executive and administrative support to local leadership as required.
Coordinate onboarding, mandatory training, annual health checks and support for our employees.
Support the local Finance team with invoices, corporate documentation and general administrative tasks.
Plan and coordinate office events, team activities, and community initiatives, managing budgets and external vendors.
Coordinate mail, parcels, catering and other ad hoc office support.
Liaise with APAC regional teams on cross-border administrative and operational matters.
Provide translation and local administrative support for expatriate employees where required.
Your Skills & Experience
Experience working in an international or multinational organisation is advantageous.
Ability to communicate confidently in both Korean and English, supporting local and regional stakeholders.
Previous experience in office management, workplace operations, executive support or a similar administrative role.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work across all levels of the business and with external vendors.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a willingness to take ownership.
Experience coordinating office events, facilities and vendors is highly regarded.
