• •Implement and perform daily duties and tasks in relation to new agent appointment, licensing, agency records maintenance, visa renewal and CPD reporting.
• •Prepare routine reports and ensure due completion of the daily duties and tasks. Promptly handle and resolve special and complicated cases and enquiries.
• •Contribute to system enhancement project to provide opinions and ideas for User Requirements and perform User Acceptance Test.
• •Serve as mentor and provide on-the-job training and support to junior staff.
• •Excellent command of English and Chinese (written and spoken)
