Responsibilities

• •Evaluate and appraise gold ornaments for purity and value according to bank policies.
• •Process gold loan applications efficiently while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal procedures.
• •Deliver high-quality customer service to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• •Manage the safe custody of gold assets and maintain accurate inventory records.
• •Achieve individual business targets for gold loan disbursements and portfolio growth.
• •Identify cross-selling opportunities for other consumer banking products and services.

Requirements

• •Proven experience in gold appraisal, valuation, and gold loan processing within a financial institution.
• •Strong understanding of gold loan products, market trends, and regulatory compliance standards.
• •Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
• •High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail in handling physical assets and documentation.
• •Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• •Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification in a relevant field.
